Strawberry jam~
Hi all..
had been absent fr quite awhile.
Well.. had been taking my time off to relax and just do my stuffs lately. so wuts the buzz like for this month?
i was scrolling through my phone gallery and found these pictures. it was taken during the wth-they-were protesting-day.
i was on my way to my grandma's place for kenduri. grandma's at jalan syed putra.. somewhere nearby mid valley.so my usual route to dadi's house will be..
jln kuching-masjid negara-railway station-n off to dadi's hse to make it simple..well.. thanx to the road closure,i need to make a friggin big turn.
so that was the start of the big mess of the day..my 20 mins journey took 2 hours to get there.. here are some pics of the jam.

the ktm komuter was jam packed with ppl as well

strawberry jam ~ :D
here's a thing that i feel like pointing out.putting aside what our political stands may be.. it is just some thoughts that came across my mind while i was stucked in the 2 hrs journey. There were even times when i was in between 2 busses.so u can imagine how heaty it was..which made me sweaty like a ***.to make it short, here are some thoughts that was on my mind when it happened.it came solely from my mind and given the freedom of speech, that almost everyone wanted to claim in their blogs,i dont intend to offend anyone. it is just me, as someone who has a 'warganegera' printed on her IC giving my thought towards what happened on that day.
-honestly.. i strongly feel that.. with or without ISA, life still goes on..u will never get affected by ISA if u be a good citizen. wanna get urself heard, i suggest doing it through the proper channel. bout the issue, the PM had already said that the act will be reviewed, why bother marching?
-i pity those who were in town for holiday or just a weekend break to do sumthing in particular.. buy material for weddings or some other shopping.. considering the protest took place just nearby, i cant imagine how troublesome the day could be for those ppl..
-what about funeral? if there had been someone that supposed to be buried at jln ampang muslim cemetery.. how on earth can the body get there on time if the deceased needed to be buried before zohor fr instance..can u imagine how 'seksa' the body will be..wut if the body is part of ur family members..it can be anyone.
-kenduri. well.. i was one of the ppl affected by it. but the massive traffic jam caused the family gathering to be the smallest gathering ever since some families had to back out because of the jam. they were stucked for 2.5 hours and they were not even that much away from their house just yet.adding to all the messed,it had to be postponed fr asar to maghrib because even the imam that was supposed to recite the prayers got stucked in the jam.well, that was my kenduri at dadi's place.dunno bout the others.
-wedding: my cuzzie also pitied her friend's wedding. the main roads leading to her house were all closed. of course,it did disturb the mood of ppl attending the wedding. i doubt there was at least a single soul that complained about the jam upon reaching the wedding.
-hospital: can u imagine how it feels like if someone u love in the hospital suddenly got critical after u came back home fr a change..and all u have in mind was to get back to the hospital asap to get there and be bhy her/his side and you couldnt make it because of the massive jam.to make matter even worse, they passed away without u by their side..you could not make it to be there at their last seconds..let alone holding their hand to give them ur final support.u werent there not because you didnt want to..but u just did not make it.u just couldnt get urself there on time..
-ambulance: talking bout emergencies, an ambulance did pass when i was stucked in the jam.it wasnt a smooth ride for them as cars didnt have much space to make way fr the ambulance to pass.. the ambulance merely got through with some inches away fr the nearby cars.
it may sounded like a big drama.. but give it a thought.. it may not happen to u, but it could. some blamed the police fr closing the roads and such..but wut bout the root cause of it? life has its own karma.. u wouldnt want a bad karma to happen u, just because did sumthing without giving it a good thought.
whatever your political stand may be.. and what ur ideology in mind, i just feel that , yes we are free to do whatever we choose to do..but do give it a good thought.that is main message that i hope i can get across to everyone who happened to be reading this post.again, it is nothing political.. it is just a thought that i feel like sharing.
peace no war~

hellu hellu~
hello all..
i'd been quite awhile since i last updated my blog.
hmm.. well, to get my current updates, add me on twitter: eyem3
first and foremost(ok im sound soo formal d :P).. what's up with my life currently?
let me list down some.. hihihi
1. intership
- my internship in malaysia largest telecommunication company had been quite interesting. i should say, i'd been learning more and more everyday. most importantly, everyday i'd been learning something new.Everyone here had been very helpful and patient enough to teach me and answer my questions. It is a big thing when it comes to the world of network.. it is like never ending. it is such a wide scope.
2. recent events:
* ayah abg kimie passed away
- i got to visit his dad when the dad was in ICU..he was already in a quite critical condition. Some familiar kyser faces that was spotted during the funeral was Abg Zaki and Emirin of batch crackerz 9802.al fatihah to uncle abu bakar...
*manU vs Msia
- it should say the two goals msian team produced was eye opening. i was sceptical bout msian team myself, after seeing how they performed during the chelsea tour. i think they improved and i do hope that they dont get carried away~
*macau trip
-yeah.. i so want a post fr it.. still finding time to put all into proper words. i'd drafted it.. will post it by this week :)
other than that.. some things do happen according and not according to plan. well.. thats life..
there are more but as for now.. these are the stuffs that i feel like sharing :)
till then~

Tribute to MJ
R.I.P MJ

It shocked the world today that MJ passed away caused by cardiac arrest.
Yeah, it is sad. I myself grew up with his songs..
I did try to master his moon walk but i cant do it as good. In fact, I dont think i can even do it now :P He is a legend of his own, and i personally feels that there will not be another MJ. I'll knock anyone who claimed that they never heard of MJ, or worse still, never heard ANY of his songs! hohoho. I mean it! huhu. It was nice to hear MJ songs being played in the local radio stations this morning as a tribute to him.
May he rest in peace.

INTERN
INTERNSHIP
hi all
sorry fr the late update.
had been updating quite frequently on my twitter. micro-blogging. yeah, very convenient.
so where am i now?
im currently undergoing my internship in msia's largest telco company. ;)
how is it here?
it is nice.. it is like my lecture notes and textbooks came alive!!
huhuhu. now i can appreciate the technology more and what had been taught in class.
It think lecturers should have a field trip here to let the students understand more on how things works ;)
as for now, what did i learn..?
A LOT!!! i tend to appreciate my networks subjects that i tend to dislike before because of the amount of facts that i had to suck n seal into my head before.
this place where there's no stop in learning sumthing new. everytday, there's a lesson to learn and as for now, i do enjoy my time here.
one thing that i discovered..
no matter how complicated network can be, GUYS are more complicated! hahahaha.
i will give a write up on why i think that way :P
later~

math and science in english
math and science in english
yeah, it is a hot discussed topic.. but why do i feel like bringing it up? simply because of this one dude's blog article which wrote about it.
http://lipassepi.blogspot.com/2009/02/sinatraz-why-i-support-learning-math.html
JOKE OF THE DAY..
DEDICATED TO ENGINEERING STUDENTS..
Why certain things should not be translated into BM..
coz u'll fine funny instructions like this:
Connect Your Joy Stick into the server Port,
you should find little problem with the Joystick
as the server has Plug and Play mode.
Masukkan Kayu Ria anda ke dalam lubang pelayan,
anda sepatutnya tidak mempunyai banyak masaalah dalam memasukkan kayu ria
anda kerana pelayan ini mempunyai fungsi masuk dan main.
so u see.. it did sound funny when u translate the terms.
From my p.o.v,it will not make u less malay, even if you are learning in english.
Understandable the fact to "memartabatkan bahasa" and such.. but as for learning an acquiring knowledge purposes, i do not see why it is wrong.
well, try to go to the workshop nearby and say,
"pakcik, saya nak tukar palam pencucuh"
the translation will be : "uncle, i want to change my spark plug "
make any sense?
here are some of my past experiences with math and science in BM.
math..
penaakulan mantik : correct me if im wrong, i think the simple
english term for it is deduction.
i found it hard to understand the terms hujah, deduksi and aruhan back
then.
anu : unknown. huhuhuhu.. anu sounds soooooooo wrong! :P
janjang : series
science..
mostly i found the flaws in physics.. when translated in BM, these were such terms I encountered.
landasan terhempas geseran : my first thought, WTH is that!!
=the simple english term is.. friction free track.
-> it was used in the famous trolley experiment to investigate
momentum
bandul = pendulum
tangi riak = ripple tank
pembolehubah =variable?
pantulan dalam penuh =total internal reflection.
last but not least.. pita detik =ticker tape ;)
and the list continues...
in short, honestly, when i started my uni years, it was english and it took me awhile to feel really comfortable with all the english terms, when i was too used with bm. it was somehow almost like learning it all over again. after awhile, i got hang on to it ;) if it were to switch again to BM?? it will be a BIG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :P
looking on the bright side, learning those stuffs in english will benefit students, especially in
searching for extra readings and such, which are normally in english. students can definitely learn more and benefit more :) just study! ;)

hujan :(
rain rain go away~

It was about a quarter past two when the rain started to pour during my lunch break at Tau Cafe :|
Tau Cafe...
It was my first time there today. Recommended by Ain, I went there for lunch with the others. The food was ok, the portion was big enough to make me feel bloated after lunch :P
The Rain..
I was in Tau Cafe when it started raining cats and dogs. It was heavy enough that there was no way to get out of Tau without being drenched. Waiting in Tau, for the rain to subside was just half of the story.Feeling relieved getting to class on time did not make me think of what actually happened in my room.
Came back to my room at 5pm for a short an hour break was when the whole story started.
The story of the day starts...
As I was checking my laptop for any messages, my leg stepped onto a pool of water.I looked down, there was a pool of water under my study table!
My part of the room was practically flooded!! :'(
My window was left opened before I went to class with just roughly a mere 20cm opening. The wind was powerful enough that it blew ample rain to flood 1/8 of my room.
Affected areas:
-Study table
-Cupboard
Affected stuffs:
-My stuff beside the cupboard was wet
-My box under the study table was half soaked
-The wires of my laptop, printers and others were almost submerged
It took me quite awhile to clear everything, and threw some stuff .Extremely tiring.....
Looking on the bright side.. My place is as clean as a whistle~ :)

im back!
im back! im back!
well wut happened in between my last post till today?
the answer is... A LOT!!
to sum it all.. well, life has its ups and down.. but life must go on~
so how was my midterm break?
my midterm break was AWESOME!! <-- at least to me :D the first weekend, i went fr SUNBURST @ bkt kiara. went about 3pm plus.. i went with my cuzzie, just two of us :) it was cuzzies day out! yea! a lot thought that was my bf, but who cares~ we had fun! hihihi parked somewhere at the road side, near to National Science Centre, we walked to the Equestrian club.. weather was hot and i was so sure of getting sunburn but i could not do much. 'Redha'-ing to the scorching sun, i knew i'd be at least a tone darker after the whole thing.
My First impression..
-after reading the giant notice board stating the schedules of the day, we entered the entrance gate with a big smile, as for me, a bigger smile! i'd been counting days for sunburst! huhu~
-according to the event flyer given to us, there were four stages around.. looking at the schedule, of course i was checking for hujan's performance! hehe. that'll be a good starter, which it did ;)
- thank god that the 2 side stages were under a big tent.. at least it was covered from the piercing sun! as we reached there, juwita suwito was on. nice listening to her, but halfway through her show, i was loitering at hujan's stage, to get good spot for their show.
-sorry peeps, no matter what others say about them, who cares? i am still into them! huhuhuhu. ->how was hujan's performance?? best!!!!!!!!! :D hihihihih. best best best.. and it was even better after kantoi-ing someone checking out the crowd~ hihihihi.
- I did have the chance to meet up with the bandmates.. and it touched me when noh still remembers me! huhu, it had been almost a year since i meet him face-to-face :) it was my first time meeting jaja n dimas as well. took pics, pics, pics n pics. my fb sunburst album, i think at least half of it is full of hujan :P
the cute part was, even the horses nerby the stage was banging their heads~ as if they know wuts happening :P pity the horses.. hopefully they were not stressed out.
and the shows went on..
we did a rally of juwita suwito-hujan-bunkface-MUH-estrella-sixx before we took a walk for a rest.it was our first time listening to sixx, and they were good! aarika was soo pretty ;)
rest time..
we were checking out stuffs there, n of course, to have some drinks! quite drenched out at that moment after the rally.
had our seat on the ground, loiter on the green green grass of which i put aside the possibilty of it having traces of horses pee and shits :P
energy gained, party on!
next rally..
estranged-nidji-butterfingers
estranged : andy was super handsome!! hahaa. but as usual, played like ''dukun menurun " hihihi. he should get some cool-ness fr ambobzeela~ :D
nidji: awesome!! nice to sing-a-long with
unfortunately, butterfingers was a lil bit boring to me. sorry emmet, ur BM is a lil bit $%^&*()*&^% to me.
lepak again after that, listened to skye.. nice voice. gaining our energy forrr KORN!
NERD? i dont really enjoy them.. ok ok jer. fr my p.o.v, a bit messy..
** KORN **
KORN? a.w.e.s.o.m.e !! i love A.D.I.D.A.S hahahahahahah syle!!
too good to be true...
when JD played the scottish backpipe, i was enthralled. for me, it was way too mesmerizing to handle huhuhuhu. my eyes were so glue-sticked on him :D
but when mosh pit got bigger, we left the place.. my cuzzie dont want me to be hurt <-- so nice of him :) when we were out of that place.. heading uptown for our late dinner. that was when we felt the tiredness.
post-sunburst?
-extreme laziness to wake up the next morning
-'stoned' the whole of next day thanx to the heat + jumpings + sing-a-longs + etc but i still had my family outing which lasted for almost the whole day
- tired legs and joints <- sounded like an old lady d :P
- a tone darker than my already dark skin :| <- expected
- a big crush on Ray Luzier~ :)
-last but not least.. the satisfied smile thats gonna last forever when thinking of SUNBURST'09.
I may not be able to describe to share each and everything that i went through sunburst, but in short, i had a good time!
sunburst was awesome !
xoxo,
eyeM3
SUNBURST'09, worth every cents i spent! :D n worth every seconds of the 10+ hours ! ;)

my 1st outdoor lab
My first outdoor experiment
Today I experienced my first outdoor experiment. We had to do this experiment outdoor coz it needed us to have an approximately 100m open space. We were required to test the received signal strength from the walkie talkie at a varied distance.
In order to start the experiment, we gathered at the telecomm lab, grouping ourselves into groups of 4s. Each group MUST HAVE a guy, in order to carry the spectrum analyzer. As for my group, i was with dynat and mimi .. not forgetting the macho man of the day, who carried the spectrum analyzer here n there.. Fatah! ;) So here are some pics taken on our way to our location: XR foyer... n while the experiment was carried out. In short, as far as I could possibly remember.. considering all the experiments that I had done throughtout my studies in MMU, this one is simply the most exciting! :) yea!
enjoy the pics~
:: mimi, fatah d macho guy, dynat n me on the way to the designated location ::
:: fatah "tgh fikir masa depan " while carrying the spectrum analyzer ::
:: sexy back! ::
:: setting up the spectrum analyzer at the location ::
:: dynat trying out the walkie -talkie.. obviously much cuter than the stern looking kakaks with white uniforms around mmu compound ::
:: measuring the distance from the spectrum analyzer ::
:: the precious spectrum analyzer that cost > RM30k ::
The experiment was completed in less than 1.5 hours time. So added the extra excitement since I really need the an hour break before my next class :)
Thanx dynat, mimi n fatah.. for making this experiment awesome! :)

last nights' fire drill
fire! fire! fire! fire!
OK.. it was a fire drill. kinda expected.. but i did not expect that it was going to be at 0130!
so i was discussing online with my bro and suddenly the fire alarm went on. Did not manage to say my last sentence through ym voice call... the Internet got cut off. as we ( intan n me) we grabbing our phones, the light went off, n it turned to be a complete havoc outside.
when we went out of the door, met our neighbor who was still half asleep as she was walking. pity her though..
so there went the fire drill.. everyone had to assemble at the mosque car park. well, considering the complete havoc created, some did went down with their laptops. as for the girl, well, almost all was with their pjs, kaftans and of course short pants and everything.
had to wait for some head counting.. and some short thanks from the firemen and we went back to our room bout 2 something.. and yeah, i have class at 8. thanx!
so, some things had been on my mind.... a little of why, why n why..
1. why was it just HB3? coz obviously, fire could occur to any blocks.. like-duh~
2. if only one block were to be chosen, why must it be the girls block...? since as u know we do have girls wearing tudung, obviously they were not wearing it in the room and some did not manage to grab theirs since the light were cutoff.
3. why cant it be some real smoke.. by smoke maker or something.. it will definitely make it more interesting and dramatic.. huhuhu. then u will have the urge of running for ur life! hihi.
honestly, i'd prefer if there were some actions last night.. like the firemen jump in through the window.. or like they make a small fire that they have to put of.. or hmm.. i think i am imagining a lot d. nway, it will be nice if in future, fire drill will be more interesting. hehehe. with some special effects.. combustion.. smoke.. firemen saving life.. firemen breaking in through window..
then it will definitely be nice~ ihihihi
here are some pics of last night.. i just took it in random.

go geng go!!
Go Geng Go!!

This is soooooooo a MUST WATCH movie!!
For those who still does not know about this movie.. It is malaysian made 3D animated movie.
Dont judge the made-in-malaysia animation stigma, this movie is totally awesome!!
Very very nice to watch any chill with. Suitable for all ages.
Why U must watch??
To fulfill ur curiosity on how a msian made 3D looks like!
U'll be amazed with the fact that malaysia can really produce such movie.
How does the story like?
It has a simple story line.. but quite a number of funny moments that could really tickle you.
From my point of view, if someone does not giggle, laugh or the least he/she could do is smile while watching the movie, that person is seriously under a very bad depression or frowning muscle disorder. I cannot see how a person cannot afford to at least smile watching this movie! :P
checkout their trailer n their blog !
enjoy geng the movie!! :)

Oscar madness~
Oscar madness:
Congratulation to Slumdog Millionaire!!

Something about yesterday that I feel like sharing with everyone. In the heat of the oscars.. my family decided to watch two of the movies nominated for the best picture award. So we went for the movies as part of my dad's pre-birthday celebration. Here are some stuff that I can say about the movie.
Slumdog Millionaire :
The story started with a question..
"Jamal Malik is one question away from winning 20 Million Rupees. How did he do it? "
A) He cheated
B) He's lucky
C) He's a genius
D) It is written.
So there goes the story.. It is a story about Jamal Malik on how he could answer the questions, how the questions relates to his life and yeah, a bit lame, how strong his love to the girl name Latika. I think the theme of this movie is Survival. It really showed how and what they actually do to survive n things like that. Of course, the Latika part.. how strong a love can be.
In short I can say that it is a movie that is worth watching! definitely! ;) Something new and fresh.Well, that expains the Best Picture award at the Oscars ~ ;)
Curious case of Benjamin Button :

This movie is a different kind of movie. It is about a man getting younger instead of older. No doubt, when he was a baby.. the baby's look was really scary~ hoho.Interesting movie.. Something that can really be picked up from the movie is that.."Live life to the fullest ! "
Honestly, Brad Pitt was drop dead gorgeous in that movie!! Melting my heart away..
but then when he turned into the teenager look, he look a lil bit like Zac Afron-ish. hohoho.Reminds me of hish school musical d :P In whole, this movie was quite a movie too.. something different that other movies. .
From my point of view, comparing both movies.. Both have its own strengths. As for me, the movie that really moved me and really kept me thinking bout it after it ended, it was the Slumdog Millionaire. As for Benjamin Button, the picture that was in my mind after the movie.. was only Brad Pitt :P hhohohoh.
Congratulations Slumdog Millionaire!
Winner of Oscar's ...

sleepy head day
sleepy sleeeepy sleeeeeeeepy zZZzzzzz....

yesterday was my sleepy head day.. slept like sleeping beauty, only that there was no prince charming to kiss and wake me up instead of a call from my beloved mommy checking whether am i still sleeping or not :P which i was!
nothing much done yesterday.. went to a nearby hospital to get some endorphins to cure my exam week disorder. i came back and studied for a awhile until maghrib prayers. after maghrib, i continued to sleep until midnight.. woke up and print out some stuffs, replied msges and continue back my sleep! ho ho ho
so here is the summary of my quest to get some endorphins:
hospital visited : sunway pyramid
designated clinic: forever 21
treatment room: the fitting room~ not as big as the one in pavillion.. but good enough.
possible medicines: some nice tops and accessories there~
how much medinice i need? depending on my level of illness
partner in crime? intan n lily
the verdict: i am always a convict in spending more than im suppose to! ooops
the effect: quite an overdose in endorphin~ slept practicaly the whole day after i came back :P
how do i feel now? i feel gooooooooooooooooood! let's study! :)

pilot pen
My pen ran out of ink~

I drained my pen when i was doing my tuto. Not a big deal though, it is just that, so far as I had been writing, Pilot RExgrip is the ball point pen that I could use till the very last drop of the ink.In short, the ink did not dry up while it is still half full. I strongly recommend this pen <-- Now I do sound like a pen promoter :P huhuhu.

Well I just found out that, writing is a way to keep my stress away~I guess I will be writing more.. but just ignore some of the craps okies.. it is just my exam week disorder.
go go Pilot! :D

nasi che' we
Nasi che' we
Living in Cyber for the weekend had let me discovered some new stuffs. As for today, I was introduced by the nearby hostel food court shop..' Nasi Cek Wan' or if you were to pronounce it in Kelantanese dialect.. it will sound like "nasi che' we~". "Che'" is pronounced something like Che in the english word 'Cheque'. In the other hand, 'We' is pronounced like Whe in the english word 'Where'. Hopefully that helps ;)
Full of curiosity.. I tried the so called nasi che we. So here is the review on nasi che we.. which i am not sure whether it is really a set called nasi che we, or it is just something made up by the owner of the shop. By the way, I do not know her name, used to only call her 'kakak' or sister in english.I did try to google nasi che we though but no exact hit on it. So.. assuming the nasi che we is invented out of her own name... che' we did make nice dishes at affordable price.
Here is what the nasi che' we set like:
*plain rice*
*spicy fried chicken - ayam goreng berempah *
*plain omellete - telur dadar*
*soup - sup kosong sambal belacan*
*spicy fried chicken - ayam goreng berempah *
*plain omellete - telur dadar*
*soup - sup kosong sambal belacan*
for RM 3.80
so there you go, nasi che' we. The spicy fried chicken is alright.. as usual, che' we cooks nice fried chicken. i guess that was the real highlight of the set. Considering that the normal price of economy rice with fried chicken is RM 3.50, I think this set is affordable and nice. Just a lil note, to those who loves to take the crumbs of the fried chicken, do not take too much of this spicy fried chicken's because some part of it can be a little bit salty. In short, just be moderate in your food intake. :P
Will I buy again nasi che we? I have no problem having this dish again. It was very filling and i felt bloated after lunch :P in spite of me asking the kakak to reduce the amount of rice she put in.
So there goes my new dish of the day.. Nasi Che' We.
